Indian Food and Auntie’s Cooking

The first 3 weeks of my stay here in India I’ve been a strict vegetarian. I don’t mind since I grew up not eating meat on Mondays and Tuesdays and on Hindu holidays. I think one of India’s greatest skill sets is cooking. I just love Indian food, and everyone who knows me, knows I love a good curry. Auntie was so kind to cook me something new almost 3 times a day everyday while I stayed with her and wow, the diversity was amazing! Thank you Auntie! I’m quite pleased with the cooking style North India has presented to me and I’m looking forward to seeing how it varies from South India.

Julie I hope you are documenting some of those recipes because the food looks awesome. You will need to cook for us one day. I am specifically interested in the McSpicy Challenger. Please try one and review it.
